I am a Chinese Medicine practitioner with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), registration, and membership with The Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA). I discovered Chinese Medicine while completing my Diploma of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies and went on to complete my BHSc (Chinese Medicine) at the Southern School of Natural Therapies. I was immediately drawn to Chinese Medicine, and its truly holistic approach to health. Each patient interaction provides an opportunity for an individual and unique treatment.
My history of shiatsu and reiki influences my treatments, which are hands on, and may include ancillary techniques such as cupping, moxa and gua sha in addition to acupuncture and herbal medicine.
I enjoy treating the diverse health issues which present in a general practice clinic. I am gentle, thorough and thoughtful and believe that, as the treating practitioner, I enter a partnership with each patient with a shared goal of bringing the body into a state of balance, providing the best opportunity to heal itself. I would love to work with you to address your individual challenges, prevent illness, and use Chinese Medicine to guide the body and mind towards wellness.
